Finishing the last patch on the door you sighed and whipped off your forhead. You where alone in the house since Shigure went to talk to Akito. It had been almost an hour since everyone had left and you had began to get nervouse, you had broke the one rule and hugged Shigure, you figured that rule was in place so that you wouldn't learn the family secret.
Sighing you got up and went into the frontroom only to be met by the phone. Not wanteng to worry whoever it was you quickly answered, "Hello Shoma residence."
"Is Shi-chan there?"
"No he left a little while ago."
"To bad, I wanted to tell him some good news. Oh well let him now Aya called pleases."
"Allright."
"You promise?" He asked.
"Ya sure."
"Good, bye bye then."
Hanging up you wondered if it was allright that you answered Shigures phone, but then relized that he shouldn't mind since you were to live there soon.
Relizing that it was almost time for school to get out you headed into the kitchen to fix everone a snack.
"We're back."
"Shigure? Miss Shiwa?"
"I'm in the kitchen, Shigure went out." Coming out you set a tray of food onto the table.
"Hungry?"
"Thank you, but you didn't have to do this for us."
"I might as well get used to it seeing as..."
"Seeing as?"
"She is my fiancee."
"What!" Yuki declared and asked, "is this true miss Shiwa?"
"Yes, it's an arranged marrage by Akito and my head of house, Seph."
"I see. Pleas excuse me for a few minutes, I think I'll go see how Tohru is doing with the cleaning."
"Oh I was going to do that, she doesnt' have to!"
"She does it for her room and bored. We are letting her stay with us so she doesn't have to live in a tent." Shigure explained. "Now I want to get to know you better and I'm sure you have questions for me as well."
"Ya, let's see, Akito said your a writer is that true?"
"Yes, I write diffrent types of stories and what about yourself?"
"I don't have a job yet, I don't get to leave the estate much." Sighing you looked down.
"That's allright. How about for fun what do you do?"
"Martial arts, if I have a little cash I go to arcades, most of the time I'm reading some book or talking to the birds though."
"That's intresting, why do you talk to birds though, why not friends?"
"I don't have any, and my family doesn't like me. I'm one of the outcasts."
"What do you meant outcasts?"
"There are three of us, me, Towa, and Kawa, we all are outcasts like Kyo would be in your family."
"So is your family cursed then?"
"Yes. I might as well admit that since yours is too. If your wondering, no I'm not the cat, Kawa is, I'm the raven."
"That's why you mentioned the raven and the wolf this morning, Oh I better go find Kyo and take him to see Akito."
"That reminds me, someone called for you while you were out earlier, I think his name was Aya."
"Ah Ayame. He's part of the family and Yuki's brother. I'll have to bring him by later or some day." Getting up he headed out and went to find Kyo.
woot, part 2. two in one day!!!!
For some reason all you could think about was Kyo for the rest of the day. Headed into the kitchen you seen Tohru had finished cleaning up and was cooking lunch.
"Need any help?"
"Oh Shiwa nope I'm fine. Oh thers someone at the back door, wonder who that is."
Turning you spotted the gilr in question and seen it was Towa and went and opened the door.
"Towa! what are you doing here?"
"Checking on you and bringing you some stuff from home. Who was that outside?"
"What do they look like?"
"Greyish black hair, bpurple eyes, nice smile, almost looks like a girl but still good looking."
"That's Yuki, any way since your here tell me about your husband to be."
"She has an arranged marrage to?"
"Yeah along with our cousin Kawa." You explained.
"Let's see my guy is almost twelve years older then me for one," she started. "He's a docter though."
"What's he look like sherlock!?" You asked with a laugh.
"Tall, black short hair that covers his left eye. Name is Hatori. What about your guy?"
"Shigura, if you wait he should be home in a few, he wnt to talk to Akito. Oh dod you get to hear the one rule?"
"Ya, no hugging him or stressing him out, why?"
"I know why they have that rule, same reason we can't hug guys."
"You mean..."
"Don't worry she knows about their curse."
"Oh anyway I wish we could have picked our husbands, that Yuki is kinda cute and... he's right behind me isn't he?"
"Yes I am."
"Ignore what you just heard!" Towa said blushing a deep red.
"Lunch is ready let's dig in." Tohru said breaking up the tense moment between the two.
"This is delicuse, that remiends me. I wonder were Shigure and the stupid cat ran off to."
"He said they would be back by lunch time."
"Well shame on them. It's rude to let a meal this good get cold."
Letting out a chuckly you lookied up to see Towa sneeking peaks at Yuki.
Suddently the back door came open and you heard Shigure yell at Kyo, "Kyo stop! Listen to me!"
"I don't anna hear it, you think it's fun jerking mearound like that!"
"Now hold on! It wasn't, okay okay it was a little bit fun, but that't not why I did it, it was for yoru own good and don't forget it was Akito's desition."
"Shut up I don't give a damn about Akito."
"Oh are you hungry I made you some lunch?" Tohru asked as you sat back and watched.
"Shut up!"
"Kyo don't take this out on Tohru! And use the front door door next time and take off yoru shoes!"
"Your setting a fine example then."
"So what was that all about?" You asked seeing as it was now safe to talk.
"Seems Akito has forced Kyo to take up school, your shool Yuki, and he will be living with us from now on to."
"Don't you take a single bite, get out." Yuki said in a total rage.
"Yuki company here, be nice. So what's up with the suit?" You asked calming Yuki down and changing the subject.
"This old thin no reason so who is this with you?"
"I'm Towa. Shiwa's cousin the wolf."
"Nice to meet you." Shigure replied sitting down next to you.
"She also is getting married into your family." You mummbled seeing as she forgot to mention that little fact in front of Yuki.
"Yes I am to Hatori"
"Really it's about time he found or got a new girl." Shigure laught, "any way lets get eating I'm starved."
Nodding in agreement you dug in yourself, "Tohru this is realy good."
"Thanks."
"Um I should get back home now, nice to meet you all." Towa stated an gave each person a hug good bye. You noticed she gave Yuki an longer hug then everone else evein though they were hestent to hug her for fear of changing.
"I'm going to bring Kyo some food I'm sure he's starfing."
"Allright, he is on the roof if you are wondering."
"Thanks." Picking up the extra plate you headed up to the roof.
As you got to the top you started to relax a little. You loved to be in high places it reminded you of flying.
"What do you want?"
"Thought I would bring you food. It's really good."
"I'm not hungry."
"Listen I understand why you would hate to go to the same school as Yuki, basicly it was him who keeps you from the Sohma family."
"How would you understand that?"
"Guess you didn't get to see what I'm allowed to do, com here give me a hug, bet you won't change!"
"And what do I get if I do change?"
"I'll..."
"You have to go to our school with us!"
"Allright."
You could tell he was hopping you would agree with it. Hesently he got up and walked over to you. Holding out your hands you suddently became nervouse. Pulling him into your arms you relized something was wrong. Suddenly there were two clouds of smoke and you relized that both of you were to nervouse and therfore your bodies were stressed.
"Looks like I win that bet." Kyo said about to turn arund.
"No don't look!"
"Why?"
You relized he wasn't going to listen and was about to turn around, so you did the only thing you could and that was to fly away.
Quickly flapping your arms you took off and hide in one of the trees.
"Hey where did you go! Listen I don't care what animal you are Shiwa, please come out."
"Kyo id I did you would just laugh like the rest of the others who have seen it."
"I primise I won't laugh."
"How can I trust you?"
"If I didn't mean it I wouldn't still be up here waiting."
"Allright." Flapping your wings once again you went back over to Kyo and landed on his head.
"So your a bird?"
"Raven, to be exact, black raven. The eyes are a purple, funny thing there just like Akito's eyes to."
"See I told you I wouldn't laugh, truth is you are realy bea..."
Before he could finish you both changed back, only bad thing you were ontop of him when you changed.
Quickly you grabbed your cloths and re-dressed. "Kyo can we actually forget about that bet, I still have my night school to go to tonight, plus I would have a mountin of PE homework to do tomorrow."
"How about you come by at the end of school then, and we walk home together, I want to try and be freinds."
"Re...really?" blushing you looked into his eyes and could tell he was sincere about beeing friends.
"Allright, I'm headed to bed I need some sleep before school tonight."
"Allright see you in a few hours then, night Shiwa."
"Night Kyo." Getting up you headed insid and to the kitchen.
"How did it go?"
"Good, I was wondering wich room am I ging to use since I'm to be living here now?"
"we will share a room follow me." Shigure said leading you to a room filled with books.
"Thanks, I'll be up in like two or three house for night classes, so good night."
"I will wake you since I have to finish my new book, deadline coming up and my editor is going to go insane if it's not ready again."
"Allright I'll see you in a few then." You replied and pulled the door shut. Sighing you headed over and layed down at least you wouldn't really share a bed with him for a while since you were at school during the night and he had to work on his books during the day. Relaxing a little more you drifted off into a deep sleep, but your dreams were filled with bothe Kyo and Shigure.
